Announcing A New Course – Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

The Center for Bioethics and Research is excited to announce yet another new course “Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)” in partnership with Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI).

Establishing a standard system of management for standard non-clinical laboratory studies which promotes uniformity, consistency, reliability, reproducibility, quality, and integrity of products in development for human or animal health is very essential and this cannot be over-emphasized. The concept of GLP curriculum is intended to ascertain the quality and probity of non-clinical laboratory studies.

This course provides learners with the knowledge of how non-clinical laboratory studies should be planned, implemented, scrutinised, recorded, reported, and archived to meet government set-forth regulation and practice. It offers a working knowledge of GLP that reinforces technical education and training for anyone involved or planning to be involved in non-clinical laboratory studies in industry, academia, government, or other testing facilities.
