This high-impact role is essential for fostering a culture of transparency and accountability across the Americas. As the Chief Ethics Officer, you will provide independent, confidential advice to leadership and staff, manage conflict-of-interest disclosures, and lead ethics risk assessments. You will be the primary champion for PAHO’s core values, ensuring ethical decision-making remains at the heart of the Organization’s mission.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 13 years of professional experience in ethics, compliance, or governance (10+ years in a senior or international capacity).
- Education: Master’s degree in Law, Ethics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to advise senior management and manage multicultural teams. Fluency in English or Spanish is required, with a working knowledge of the other.
This is a non-renewable, seven-year term appointment.
