About the Bioethics in Nigeria Conference
The Bioethics in Nigeria Conference will explore the relevance of research ethics oversight in driving and shaping clinical trials and research, as well as inform on the participatory roles of its stakeholders in Nigeria.
The conference convenes research ethicist and bioethicists to discuss on the rising ethical concerns in clinical trials and research implementation in Nigeria. Evolving research methodologies and advances in information technology have the potential to improve our research and health outcomes.
However, consideration of how ethical values can shape these advancements towards ethical practice cannot be overemphasized, thus a need for uniform guideline to achieving the core goal of standard ethical practice
