Chris is a 3L law student at Syracuse University College of Law and a candidate for the Certificate of Advanced Studies in National Security and Counterterrorism at the Institute for Security Policy and Law. He is also the Managing Editor for the Journal of Global Rights and Accountability and the Executive Director of the Syrian Accountability Project, an organization dedicated to tracking war crimes and human rights violations during the Syrian Conflict. Moreover, I have had the privilege of authoring two publications centered around international human rights issues. Prior to legal studies, he worked for six years in the United States Intelligence Community as an Arabic linguist in Iraq and Syria.
Chris has a passion and dedication to privacy issues, creating legal frameworks that protect citizens from exploitation and fostering more ethical and equitable international relations.
