Tobiloba is the IT Lead at the Center for Bioethics and Research. He is a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Covenant University.

He has over 8 years of experience as an IT administrator, in charge of managing small and large teams assigned to design, deliver, and/or maintain IT products and services for different industries ranging from ed-tech and law to finance and media. 

At CBR, he is primarily responsible for the design, implementation and deployment of  IT services and solutions for the various research projects and initiatives of the Center, including but not limited to websites, online-streaming setup, digital publications, online promotions, data storage systems, cloud backup solutions, online payment solutions, offline data collection mobile apps, etc.
