Ekemena A. Ogundeji is research nurse at the Center for Bioethics and Research (CBR), Ibadan, Nigeria. 

She is a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with additional certification in Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support Skills.

Currently, she coordinates the Food Validation Study and is a team member of the African American Diabetes Mellitus Study.
